Went into Quinn’s yesterday with some friends while in Newcastle for the day. We ordered food and it was terrible. The portion sizes were small and not worth the money. You were lucky to get ten chips per portion and they were not nice. Luke warm I asked for bread and butter and they give me a burnt toasted burger bap I called the waitress to take the chips and bap back. But where still on the bill. The staff were not happy when I said I’m not paying for something I returned and very reluctantly eventually took the money off the bill after a full debate by this time with four staff members. Just shocking customer service. Don’t waste your time or money in Quinn’s

Went into the bar for a meal on 26th Apr when I got meal the chips were cold then when I got another of chips the serving was tiny, no salt & vinegar on table my partner was having cheesecake when it arrived it was a miserable portion, to pay £5.50 for this was an insult
I was not the only person complaining the table next to me had cold soup and cold potatoes served to them
When I paid the bill the bar man asked was everything OK I said no he apologised so he took the drinks of the bill £2.60, my issue wasn’t with the drinks it was with the food served
Very disappointed and will not back

Quinn’s is great atmosphere and staff are very friendly. I love going in Quinn’s for watching sport and the food was gorgeous. mmmmmmmmm
